Junte a cenoura e deixe refogar. Acrescente o alho, refogue um pouco, acrescente a cebola e refogue mais um pouco. Quando estiver tudo bem refogado, junte a lentilha e então a água. Mexa bem e verifique se há água suficiente para o cozimento da lentilha. Acrescente os tomates pelados e deixe cozinhando em fogo baixo por 30 minutos, verificando na metade do período a necessidade de colocar mais água. Enquanto isso, cozinhe o macarrão em outra panela, até ficar al dente. <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Numa panela coloque o azeite e refogue a cebola picadinha e o alho até dourar. Junte o tomate e a pimenta vermelha. Mexa muito bem e adicione o leite de coco, o creme de leite fresco e o requeijão cremoso. Deixe ferver. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Após a fervura, acrescente camarão temperado com sal e cheiro verde. Acerte o sal e transfira este creme para a moranga cozida. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Retorne a moranga para o forno previamente aquecido a 200ºC por mais 15 minutos. Sirva com arroz branco.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: bold;">Modo de preparo</span>:<br /><br />Em uma panela média, aqueça metade da margarina.<br />Junte a cenoura e a mandioquinha, 1 pitada de sal e misture.<br />Cozinhe por 5 minutos, mexa, em seguida, junte o caldo de legumes quente e deixe ferver.<br />Abaixe o fogo e cozinhe até a mandioquinha e a cenoura ficarem bem macias.<br />Junte o creme de leite e espere levantar fervura.<br />Acerte o sal, junte a noz-moscada e retire do fogo. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Coloque a sopa no liquidificador, junte a margarina restante e bata até que fique bem lisa.<br />Volte à panela e mexa bem, se estiver muito grosso, coloque mais um pouquinho de água quente, não muito.<br />Se necessário, corrija o sal novamente.<br />Sirva imediatamente, acompanhado de cheiro verde, queijo parmesão ralado, fatias de pão ou croutons.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Rendimento:</span> 5 porções bem servidas.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">p.s.:</span> A receita original é da Lourdes Maria, mas postei a que fiz, com algumas modificações. </span></div>
